Location

The meeting will take place in the International Conference Centre of Avignon within the Palace of the Popes in the historical city centre. Avignon is located in south-east of France.

Official language

English is the official language of the meeting. Translation into French will be provided for the opening session.

Accommodation

The Organizing Committee will not take charge of the hotel booking. We advise the meeting participants to book as soon as possible their rooms.  The "Meeting Hotel Reservation" service of the Conference Centre of Avignon is no more available. Information about hotels is distributed by the Tourist Information Centre of the city of Avignon. We advise the attendees to choose an hotel located in the centre of Avignon. Thus you'll be able to walk from your hotel to the Conference Centre.
The Conference Centre distributes an useful map with the location of the Popes' Palace and of all the intra-muros hotels.
