It is no more possible to register but we can add you at the complementary list. This will enable us to contact you in case of cancellation. If you want to be registered on this complementary list, please send an e-mail to the organizing committee.

* : To benefit from the "Eucarpia" reduction participants must have paid their Eucarpia subscriptions when they register for the meeting and during the meeting.  Send an e-mail to  Cucurbitaceae2008.avignon.inra.fr to give your Eucarpia number.

**: Send an e-mail to  Cucurbitaceae2008@avignon.inra.fr with a copy of your 2007-2008 student card or a presentation letter signed by the Head of Departement.

To attend the meeting the registration fees must have been entirely paid.

 

What does the registration fee include ?
The registration fee for a participant corresponds with one copy of the proceedings, the attendance to all oral presentation and poster sessions, lunches from May 21 to 24 and coffee breaks, the one-day field and technical trip, the late-night visit of the Palace of the Popes and the evening social event (including dinner).

The registration fee for an accompanying person corresponds with the one-day field and technical trip (including lunch), the late-night visit of the Palace of the Popes, the evening social event (including dinner) and the lunch of the 24th of May.

The registration fee don't include any accomodation (hotel and breakfast), nor the dinners (except for the social event). A web site dedicated to hotel booking is at your disposal.

Special needs
Participants that are disabled, require special accommodations or have dietary restrictions are requested to send an e-mail describing their wishes to Cucurbitaceae2008@avignon.inra.fr before May 01, 2008. The organizing committee will do the best to reasonably accomodate these special needs.

Cancellation policy
Any cancellation must be received in writing to the organizing committee. Before May 01, 2008 cancelling fees will be 20 % of the registration fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations received after that date.

Payment of registration fee
You choose the way the registration fee will be paid when you register on line on this site for the meeting. Three modes of payment are available:

1. Pay on line during a secure transaction with a banker's card (choose to pay with a "credit card")
2. Send a bank cheque in Euros (choose to pay with a "cheque")
3. Pay with a bank transfer (choose to pay with an "order form")

 Mode 1 : Accepted banker's cards: CB, Master Card, Visa
- The payment will be in euros
- Fill in the registration form (formats : Adobe pdf, Microsoft Word, OpenOffice) and send an e-mail including this form to Cucurbitaceae2008@avignon.inra.fr

 Mode 2 : Payment with a bank cheque in euros
- the cheque will be payable to: "Agent Comptable Secondaire INRA (Cucurbitaceae 2008)"
- Fill in the registration form (formats : Adobe pdf, Microsoft Word, OpenOffice) and send an e-mail including this form to Cucurbitaceae2008@avignon.inra.fr
- Copy the order form edited during your on line registration and the registration form
- Send these three pieces (cheque, order form and registration form) to :
