Towards sustainable food production: the SUSFOOD ERA-Net

Mapping of existing European research efforts

SUSFOOD ERA-Net: mapping of European research strengths.

An open, web-based archive: the Meta Knowledge Base (MKB) has been set up to map and analyse research programmes and projects in the countries participating in SUSFOOD. The MBK also offers a tool for partnering.
Based on this archive, one report per country, the SUSFOOD Country Reports, were published in January 2014, and are available online and via the SUSFOOD homepage. The Country Reports list the institutions, research teams and national, transnational or regional programmes in 16 European Union Member or Associate States.  They are designed for use by researchers and decision-makers, as well as by different actors in the food chain.

Call for registration

Academic and private-sector researchers are invited to register on the MKB and post their research work linked to SUSFOOD research areas, in the form of an abstract and key words.
