Our main international partnerships concern genomics, genetic evaluation and the analysis and valorisation of resources.
In the field of genomics, we have actively participated in international studies on genetic and physical mapping of several species. We are part of several international sequencing consortia (pigs, cattle, chickens, horses, trout, sheep and rabbits).
We have important partnerships with the United States including the USDA and several universities (Iowa, Illinois, Delaware, Missouri, Texas…) for different species. We also have important partnerships with China and Japan for porcine studies.

We are very active in the international genetic evaluation field for dairy cattle, beef cattle and horses.
We have important relations with those implicated in ovine and rabbit breeding in the Mediterranean basin.

We have regular collaborations in the poultry field in several Asian and African countries.

The Zootechnical Research Unit of Guadeloupe has an important network of partnership in the Caribbean and Latin America.
