The European Network of Excellence has set up a virtual European laboratory in the of animal genomics and their pathogens.

US 310 Genetic Information Data Processing Centre

The CTIG is the data processing centre of the Animal Genetics Division. It manages the national databases of animal selection and ensures the genetic evaluation of breeding animals under the authority of the French Agriculture Ministry.
