Three Junior Scientist positions in Animal Genetics were available in 2008 via open competitions

In 2008, 75 1st and 2nd class junior scientist positions were available in all scientific fields such as genomics, genetics, nutrition, human and animal food science, microbiology, virology, behavioural sciences, ecology, agronomy, biotechnology, modelling, cultivation science, statistics, social sciences and humanities...
Within the Animal Genetics Division, three 2nd class junior scientist positions were available in the following fields :
  • Functional analysis of genomic regions containing genes responsible for genetic anomalies in cattle
  • Selection methods : marker assisted selection and genomic selection
  • Genetics of interactions between genotypes and genotype-environment
 
- All positions are now filled.
 
The next employment campaign will be opening in December 2008 for positions available in 2009.
