The camera ready copy of long papers (those accepted to the Springer LNAI volume) are  restricted to 14 pages in Springer's LNCS format. We recommend the use of LaTeX2e for the final version. For formating and author details see http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-2-72376-0. All the source files, latex and images as well as the final PDF for reference are required. All those files must be uploaded in a unique zip file on the Web site of the conference.

The camera ready copy of short papers (those accepted to the Supplementary Proceedings of ICCS 2008 to be published in http://ftp.informatik.rwth-aachen.de/Publications/CEUR-WS/) are  restricted to 8 pages. For presentation uniformity we recommend Springer's LNCS format. For formating details see http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-2-72376-0. Only the final PDF is required (latex and other source files are not required).

A precondition for publication is that the final version is in full compliance with Springer's format and that registration has been completed here and copyright assigned.

For LNAI authors copyright is assigned to Springer (see http://www.springer.com/cda/content/document/cda_downloaddocument/copyrigh.pdf?SGWID=0-0-45-154182-0).

For Supplementary Proceedings authors, copyright form is available below.

There are two ways of handling the copyright form. You can fax it to Peter Eklund (+61-242-21-4045) or you can sign it, scan it and upload it with the other source files for the paper.  Of course, in the second case, all the files (copyright form file and files associated with the camera ready paper) must be gathered in a unique zip file before being uploaded on the Web site.
