[R] Small family of the order Lepidoptera with only one genus (Coleophora), and including several important pests; moths with fringed wings and antennae held in a porrect position in repose. The larva inhabits a portable case, which is attached to a leaf or stem, and bores into the interior of a leaf when feeding.
