MaleGuadeloupe, Piton de Sainte-Rose, 25-X-1984
Female
Guadeloupe, Petit-Bourg, Meynard, 1-IV-1990
Arctiidae Pericopinae
Synonyms
SystematicsThe individuals from the French Antilles differ slightly from the Hyalurga vinosa specimens in the Museum National d'Histoire Naturelle de Paris collection, which come from the Greater Antilles. Nevertheless, since the vinosa type specimen was described from Antigua, we consider that Hyalurga specimens from Guadeloupe and Martinique belong to H. vinosa Drury.
