Biology and distribution

Larva on Apocynaceae (Allamanda cathartica and Plumieria spp.).

Very common in Guadeloupe and Martinique, but poorly attracted by light. The brightly coloured caterpillar is easy to find in gardens (Pinchon).
St-Martin, St-Bartholomew (Pinchon, Chalumeau).

Throughout the Greater Antilles.

Throughout tropical and subtropical America.
