Please don't lecture me on how they are not healthy for you or blah blah blah lol. I don't care, I just want to lose 10-15lbs so I will stay at my desired weight.

The only pills used to be known for its effectiveness was already withdrawn from the market by FDA. It was claimed it can increase the risk of getting MI in people with heart disease or high blood pressure (specific group of people). They said the likely benefits outweigh the risks and 20 mg valium is no more available ...sighs...

Not many people would recommend dietary pills, they can cause more side effect than you may think.

and easy tip is eating low GI 20 mg valium foods, foods that a rich in fiber. even natural fiber mixes can help you get a feeling of full, without putting on fat.

This does not sound so healthy. The diet pills currently on the market are not so good and not so safe. In the future, you may be interested in learning more about a drug called Qnexa which can cause 10% weight loss in a matter of months.

I wish abbott would reconsider research on the drug and modify it to be approved by FDA again....
