For the last six years, I have been working on the thematic of finding functional elements in DNA sequences. I am now specifically interested in non-protein-coding RNA identification (ApolloRNA, RNAspace software). Before I took part in the development of the EuGène software for protein gene finding.
I was previously implicated in the thematic research of agro-eco-systems management (MDPtoolbox, SEPATOU, SERRISTE software).
