• C++ sources (should be compiled using g++ rel 2.95) for generating random genetic or raditaed hybrid datasets following the underlying probabilistic model of CarthaGene:
  • Backcross generator
  • F2 intercross generator

• A perl script that converts CarthaGene RH data into RHMAP format.
• A R script that allows to use CarthaGene as a mapping server controlled from R (work under Unix/Linux).
