Biostatistics and Spatial Processes - Avignon

The Avignon Unit specializes in spatial and spatio-temporal statistics.
There are two main categories of statistical research :
Geometric statistics, including models based on marked point processes, fibre processes, random tessellations and Boolean models, etc.
Geostatistics and the development of multivariable geostatistics, spatial classification, non-stationary fields and search trees.
Applications for INRA cover numerous fields, e.g., soil science, agronomy, environmental issues, genetics and epidemiology.
