Description

D. lucia shows a sexual dimorphism. The photograph represents a contrasted female, however some females have a paler, male-like, pattern.

Biology and distribution

Guadeloupe: fairly common everywhere, although not reported in Thiaucourt's list (1973).
Marie-Galante: Saint-Louis, Les Saintes: Terre-de-bas.
Martinique: La Trinité. A very contrasted female is illustrated in the book by Pinchon and Enrico (1969) under the name Nystalea sp. Le Lamentin (Ryckewaert).
