The participant fee
includes attendance to all sessions, the evening
cocktail on Sunday 22nd October, lunches and
light refreshments on 23rd-25th.
This fee also includes a
conference portfolio, abstract book and entry to
the Gala dinner that will be held in the cellars
of
Mumm Champagne house.
The accompanying person fee
includes the evening cocktail on Sunday 22nd
October, lunches on 23rd-25th
and entry to the gala dinner.
Participants wishing to
reserve a room in the
Best Western - Hôtel de la Paix should fill
in the separate hotel
reservation
form. The organizers will transmit the
reservation form to the hotel booking staff.
However, delegates choosing this option should
note that the organizers are not responsible for
hotel payments. Room fees will paid directly to
the hotel at the end of the delegate’s stay.

stay in another hotel are invited to follow

Payment/Invoice
Once you register, we will
send you an invoice for your registration fee.
Payment must be received as early as possible
and not later than 1st October 2006.
To qualify for the early
registration fee, payment must be received no
more than 10 working days after the closing date
(31st May 2006).
Payment can be made by
credit card or bank wire transfer. For credit
card payment please supply all of the requested
details on the registration form. For bank wire
transfer you will need our banking details
(below):

Please note that when paying by wire transfer,
you will also have to pay the transfer fees
(approximately 15 to 23€). These fees will not
be paid by the conference organizers.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be received in
writing by 31st July, 2006.
Cancellations before this date will be subject
to a 25% penalty fee. After 31st
July, 2006 no reimbursement will be possible.
