Why sponsor this event?
Because Pentoses 2006 is an international
conference dealing with an original theme.
This event will provide a
specialist-advertising environment for both
companies directly involved in the
biorefining business and those that use
pentoses as raw material for the production
of chemicals, cosmetics, nutraceuticals and
pharmaceuticals.

In order to help potential
sponsors define their contribution the
organizing committee would like to propose the
following suggestions:
Major financial contributions
As a major sponsor your
company will contribute 5000 or more. In
return, your company will benefit from:
1. Full logo exposure
(website, brochures and front cover of abstract
book)
2. One full-page
advertisement within the professionally printed
abstract book.
3. Two full registrations
including the conference gala dinner.
4. Finally, major sponsors
will be invited to install a static display in
the conference area throughout the conference
period.
Sponsor a lecturer
One or several sponsors are
invited to sponsor invited lectures (2000 per
lecture). In terms of advantages, lecture
sponsors will benefit from
1. Logo exposure (website
and sponsor page in the abstract book).
2. One registration
excluding the conference gala dinner.
3. Finally, during the
conference the lecture sponsor will be clearly
associated with one of several main lectures
immediately prior to its delivery by an academic
speaker.
Gala dinner sponsor
The gala dinner will be
held in the prestigious environment of the
famous Mumm Champagne house. The full cost for
this dinner will be approximately 16000 . One
sponsor is invited to contribute to this event
(4000 or more). In terms of benefits
1. The Gala dinner will
carry the sponsors name, which will be
announced on a poster in the dinner hall.
2. In addition, the sponsor
will benefit from logo exposure (website and
sponsor pages in the abstract book).
3. Two sponsor
representatives will be invited to attend the
dinner.
Conference portfolio
One sponsor is invited to
significantly contribute (2000 ) to the
purchase of conference portfolios. In return, as
well usual logo exposure (website and sponsor
pages in the abstract book), the sponsor will
benefit from logo exposure on the portfolios.
Non-targeted sponsoring (< 2000 )
Sponsors wishing to make a
simple financial contribution to the event will
benefit from logo exposure (website and sponsor
pages in the abstract book).
All sponsors will be
invited to place one advertising item of their
choice in the conference portfolios. Advertising
space in the abstract book and a limited number
of static tabletop displays can be purchased
separately.
