This newsletter accounts for the recent research works realised in the Department of Social Sciences, Agriculture and Food, Space and Environment. Created in January 1988, this bimonthly issue is intended to all English-speaking professionals in order they find here information in the fields covered by Social Sciences: agriculture, agrifood industries, professors, searchers, students and journalists specialised in social sciences. The main results are presented by scientists and in a condensed but accurate way, with figures to back them up, but without excessive simplification. Last issues You will find hereafter
