Programmes et projets au niveau européen dans les domaines du végétal

Dans le domaine végétal l'INRA est impliqué fortement dans les projets européens du 6ème et 7ème PCRD en coordonnant, pour le FP6, des réseaux d'excellence (REX), des projets de recherche ciblés (STREP), des actions de formation (EST) et, pour le FP7, des projets collaboratifs. De plus, des équipes INRA participent à des projets intégrés (PI), et des actions de coordination (CA), dans lesquels elles jouent un rôle majeur.
En dehors de ces programmes, des collaborations transnationales se mettent en place entre équipes INRA et équipes principalement d'Allemagne, d'Espagne ou d'Italie, dans le cadre de l'ERA-Net Plant Genomics et de Génoplante, ou dans le cadre d'accords bi- ou tri- latéraux (voir ci-dessous).
