This five-year research project (Nov 2018-Nov 2023) forms part of efforts on the transition towards agriculture that is less dependent on conventional crop protection products. It aims to develop solutions for integrated treatments under environmental management.

The project involves six French public and private sector partners, working from upstream fundamental research to downstream industry (distribution of plant health products, end users).

The targets of this project are diseases affecting vines, ornamental plants and vegetables for the agricultural market and JEVI sector (gardens, planted spaces and infrastructures).

With a global budget of €9.27 million, the SOLSTICE project has been accredited by the Agri Sud-Ouest Innovation Competitiveness Cluster and is receiving support from the public-private “Biocontrol” consortium.
